Job Description: Social Media Buyer

Core Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok, focusing on driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROI, and expanding reach in European markets.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage large-scale ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring continuous optimization through detailed A/B testing, audience segmentation, and advanced bidding strategies to boost performance and profitability.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Align paid media efforts with organic, social, and email marketing initiatives to create a unified customer journey that amplifies conversion rates and fosters long-term engagement.
  • Creative Testing & Execution: Collaborate with the creative team to develop, test, and iterate ad creatives tailored to platform-specific formats, driving engagement across multiple geographies with a focus on TikTok, Meta, and Google best practices.
  • Net Dollar Retention: Develop and implement paid media strategies to increase customer lifetime value and improve Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through targeted remarketing, retention campaigns, and personalized ad experiences.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns in real-time, focusing on first-order profitability, LTV (lifetime value), and Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
  • Market Adaptation: Tailor paid media strategies to specific European markets, adjusting creatives, messaging, and targeting based on local consumer behavior and trends.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies within the jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle verticals, applying insights to outperform competitors and maximize campaign results.
  • Emerging Platforms & Growth Opportunities: Explore and scale advertising on emerging platforms like TikTok to drive incremental sales, capture new audience segments, and enhance engagement.
  • Performance Reporting & Insights: Provide actionable insights and comprehensive performance reporting to senior stakeholders, highlighting growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee high end monthly ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to balance cost efficiency with high-impact growth strategies across various platforms.

Requirements / Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale ad accounts, particularly in US and European markets, with a proven track record of success across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
  • Campaign Strategy: Demonstrated ability to orchestrate high-converting campaign strategies, optimizing for customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and A/B testing. Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Geographic Insight: Strong understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in US and European markets, with experience adapting campaigns accordingly.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum profitability and retention.
  • Creative Collaboration: Experience working with creative teams to develop high- impact, engaging ad creatives across multiple platforms.
  • Preferred: Experience with e-commerce, particularly in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle categories, and familiarity with Net Dollar Retention strategies.
